todayishallbehave: Today’s Program: Jackson Pollock, “Lavender Mist” - 1950..ilene segalove (1973) A few months ago while walking down the Met, I encountered this photograph.. and I absolutely adored it. My father is OBSESSED with Jackson Pollock. The fact that Segalove incorporated “Lavender Mist” in the photograph made me think of my childhood and all the forceful J.Pollock books my father used to get us… I can honestly say that I’m oh so very thankful for that.
